What we collect
Exactly what you type into our forms: your name, phone, email, the vehicle you're interested in, your message, and any target numbers you share (price, down payment, monthly budget, term, trade-in). We also record the page URL you submitted from and standard request metadata (IP address, browser) used for spam prevention.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, send the quote you asked for, and — only with your checked consent — send marketing texts or emails about vehicles and specials.

Booking a service visit online
When you book on our booking page we collect your name, mobile number, and optionally your email and address, plus your car's year, make and model, the services you pick and anything you tell us about the car. We use them to set up and keep your appointment and to find your existing record with us. The visit is also entered in Tekmetric, our shop-management system, with your name, phone, email, car and what you booked. Booking means you agree we can text you about that appointment: a confirmation, reminders, and when your car is ready. Msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. We text you when your car is due for service only if you tick that box. If someone referred you, we record the name or number you give so the referral offer can be applied.
Sharing
We may share your personal information with:
- Lending Partners: Banks and financial institutions for credit applications (with your consent)
- Service Providers: Vendors who help us operate our business (e.g., CRM providers, appointment scheduling tools, website hosting)
- Government Agencies: DMV, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies as required for vehicle registration and titling
- Legal Compliance: Law enforcement or legal authorities when required by law
SMS Consent and Mobile Information: SMS consent and mobile phone opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are used solely for communication between Family Automotive Service Center and the customer.
